			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Awesome training Tuesday. I was really sore getting but i made it out the sack made some oatmeal and watched a couple of fights to get pumped up for my first training session of the day. after I was done chowing down the strawberry oatmeal I ran to the gym (NCFA) and did Bjj, it was some good rolling and Joe showed us a few good moves starting from the front choke series it was fun, I even had a guy come in the middle of class to buy a couple tickets because its going down march 3rd at the fairgrounds. After the grappling class I went a few building down to crossfit yea I was a bit tired but it must be done. The wod ( workout of the day ) was pretty good it was dedicated to one of my fallen brothers a Marine Stafff Sergent that was killed in the Iraqi war by an IED, it was a good workout i was proud to do it. It was % rounds for time of 155 deadlift 12 reps, 155 hang power clean 9 reps and 155 push press 6 reps, my time was 13mins 40 secs. after crossfit i jogged back home got some quiznos and took some protein, then I worked my neck out a bit. After i showerd up i took a nap and it was back to the gym at 6pm for sparring I ran to the gym and did 11 rounds of boxing with Colin, Nate, Steve, Jordan, and Cody. it was some very good rounds afterwards we all grappled did rounds for like an hr then it was 15 minutes straight jump roping. and just when I think my night is over I got caught with a problem i wont name but Dave and the team decided i do !00 sprawls and we would be all even so i paid my dues then set around with the fellas joking around after all that was over I ran home i got close to 9 miles in tuesday got to get that road work in though lol. I got home took some protein and laid down catting it up all night. its back to the gym at 6am<br />
champions dont stop if i fall I will crawl til i get up and keep on pushing I am striving for greatness so lets get it. Its no better place to be for that greatness then NCFA. ADD me on twitter if you can @shonuff89</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello Ladies and Gents, it is I Dom &#8220;Shonuff&#8221; Waters and it has been a long but good week of training and its only thursday morning. Hard training is always good training. Wedsday morning I woke thanking god for waking me up then got some breakfast and killed sometime before a morning boxing session when it was time I road my bike to NCFA and had a great hr and a half boxing session with Coach Raul, I am really excited about march 3rd I wanna put on a great show. After boxing I road home ate lunch and did abs and neck strengthening. Then road my bike back to NCFA for some Boxing sparring with a heaviweight from another gym, we did four 3 minute rounds it.was some good work, after that was time to get on the mat judo and I were going at it for around 30 minutes then Coach Terrell had us do back defense for about 30 minutes, after that it was time for MMA rounds, I did two rounds with Colin the man beast, after.training we set around for a bit then it was to the house to get some sleep.</p>

When you show up on March 3rd you can expect great fights and to see some good up and comers. Tickets are out for sale as of 930 pm of thursday night. Fighter profiles are online and if you know anyone whose fighting and know your going to attend try to purchase a ticket from them as there fight purse will be increased by how ever many tickets they sale. I cant say the training easy but if anything is worth having its worth hard work. Got some morning boxing in with Coach Guerra we went hard and I was my usual playful self, joking around all class. After boxing I stayed in the gym and did some shadow wrestling and stretching I felt great afterwards I went and got my normal lunch and set down to watch that slave tube people call a tv. Later I headed be to NCFA for some more boxing. Its was great rolling in the advanced class, we all did MMA rounds and then guard passing to finish out the night I would say it was a success. Im taking my bike in for a tune up tuesday morning so I can start riding again<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had some great training sessions tuesday started off with a solid breakfast as I drove to NCFA for boxing technique with coach Guerra, it was a pretty good class I even did the move of the day later that night in my mma rounds and it worked like a charm. After boxing I hopped on the mat with Shaggy and a couple of other guys, Joe was teaching I felt great just flowing from move to move. Next up was crossfit, and oh boy was it a good workout, first we warmed up with a 400 meter run then some push ups with as much weight as we could handle, I got 180. The wod (Workout of the Day) was a 20 minute laters of as many box jumps and pull ups as you could do. So it was 1,1. 2,2 . 3,3 and so on I did ring pull ups and a 24 inch box jump and got to 18,18. After crossfit I made my way to quiznos and was very happy then went home and killed some time. Went back to NCFA at 6 and did the begging jitz class. I rolled with Daudi and Judo they both are really tough it was good work after that Coach Terrell had us do MMA rounds I did 6 straight with 30 second breaks. Scuba and I did the first together it was a good.round then finished the rest with big nader I worked hard he was bringing it. After the rounds I got some protein in me went home and slept like a rock.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mondays trainining session was on point what a great way to break in a new year, we are doing big things at NCFA in 2012, finally I get up at a reasonable time with help from Coach Raul, so im driving to NCFA with my heater on blast and eating oatmeal with fresh fruit. We mainly worked on boxing technique, when I got there he was waiting in the parking lot. It was a really good session move of the day feint jab, feint left hook, straight right, and it works like a charm. After boxing I got a protein bar and some water and set in my truck until noon waiting for crossfit to start. It was a awesome workout first we circled everything out ran a warm up 400m and did lunges, the wod (workout of the day) was 4 rounds of 5 muscle ups on the gymnastic rings and a 400 run, I completed this just over 12 minutes then to end it we did 60 sit ups. After crossfit I headed home showerd up and had a ceaser salad, turkey wraps, and a protein shake. It was a nice lunch I even watched a movie then took a nap. Woke up and did some neck training and had some garlic bread. Then it was back to NCFA for a bit more boxing with coach Guerra, it was a bit of a switch from our morning class but still good at the end of class we did 60 sit ups, ab circles and 60 crunches on each side of our abs. After boxing was advanced class, it was intense too. First we did BJJ for an hr. Colin and I were rolling he has steel in his neck I had a full tight as can be choke and he muscled through it. Next was MMA rounds oh boy was it good and challenging. I think I did 7 4 minute rounds and wow it was great I did good but always things to improve on I did my rounds with Colin, Nate L, Nasty Nate, Navie, and Gil. After that we rolled until the end of class. I had my protein shake ready for me but before I left the mat Coach Terrell told me things that I should try and what could have been better. When I got home I was just thinking about training while I was in the shower and eating until I fell asleep. #NCFA4LIFE</p>

Training has picked up the pace since Dec started  this week alone I ran about 40 miles, and sparred everyday whether it was kickboxing, MMA, kickboxing w/ takedowns, or bjj rounds, I did around 60 rounds of sparring this week. And its been great because everyday I just feel like its been my day to get better and better. I just check my ego at the door and ready myself for some awesome training. It being Friday im looking forward to heading home and spending some time with family and friends for this Christmas weekend but its no breaks on my road to success so I will be at NCFA sparring tonight and what ever else Coach Terrell tells me to do, and Where will I be  Monday, you guessed it NCFA with my brothers working on my journey to the top. As for right now im going to do some neck training eat some oatmeal, and drink this water while I study some of Anderson Silva movements. Stay Classy SANTA ROSA</p>

( I dont need easy just possible).<br />
