Todays practice was great, got to the gym at 5pm today, and started warming up by jump roping and some stretching, then started pad work with Coach Guerra, we did 3 minute rounds with 30 seconds rest from 520 to 645pm, ot was some good work, after boxing technique and pads was advanced grappling.
