Friday: Today training was intense trying to keep up the good work I( Dom “Shonuff” Waters) woke up early to get in a 4 mile run. Then came back home and ate some oatmeal and fruite. At 2pm I headed up to the Santa Rosa JC and got a mile warm-up run in on the track, then get a quick stretch in before a 230 pm wrestling practice, for wrestling we did a 50 minute marathon match, and it was good after that I headed home to get a quick nap in and went to NCFA at 6pm for boxing with coach Raul, we started out hitting pads, and doing combos for an hr then finished class out with some ab training. After boxing was advanced grappling, first coach Terrell had us warm-up by grappling then we started training I did five 4 minute rounds no rest periods, and then we started doing guard passing it was a rough practice but iron sharpens iron.
Saturday morning I woke up and went to get my teammate Jordan Williams so we could meet Coach Raul at the Novato Boxing Club, and get a early morning sparing session in with pro boxer Lamont Williams. We all got some great rounds in, after sparring the training week was over time to rest up and hit it hard on mon moring with a 6 mile run at 6am
